Essential Functions:
  • Designs engaging and visually appealing assets for print collateral, online training videos, social media posts, email templates, and other promotional and/or communication collateral.
  • Ensures designs are consistent with brand strategy and goals.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand collateral vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Conceptualizes collateral designs based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Proofs and revises designs based on stakeholder feedback prior to printing and/or design finalization.
  • Prepares notes and instructions for assembly and prepares final layouts for printing.
  • Color-corrects, masks, and enhances or optimizes photographic or artistic images using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Produces and delivers creative content within determined deadlines.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand campaign requirements for copy development.
  • Composes copy for use in marketing campaigns and promotional material, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality.
  • Updates and revises copy and performs research for copy development.
  • Stays abreast of marketing trends.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum two (2) years of graphic design and copywriting experience.
  • Portfolio of creative work in print or web-based format, required.
