Trillion Health & Hormone is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Topeka clinic 2 days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who wants to be part of a growing practice and have a meaningful role in helping establish and expand our Topeka patient base. As the clinic grows, there will be opportunities for additional days and hours.

We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, personable, entrepreneurial-minded, and excited about building strong relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within Trillion Health & Hormone's scope of services.
  • Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide appropriate follow-up care.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
  • Educate patients regarding their treatment options, health goals, medications, and ongoing care.
  • Practice in accordance with applicable Kansas laws, professional standards, and Trillion Health & Hormone policies.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the Topeka clinic.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and clinic operations.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, team-oriented culture.
The Opportunity

This position is intentionally structured at 2 days per week initially, with the expectation that the schedule can grow as the Topeka clinic's patient volume and needs increase.

  • Active Kansas NP license in good standing.
  • Appropriate national certification and credentials.
  • Ability to practice within applicable Kansas scope-of-practice requirements.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Additional days and hours may become available as the Topeka clinic grows.

Compensation
