Position Title: Clinic Director – Physical Therapist | Outpatient Leadership Opportunity

Location: Florence, Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

Travel Requirement: None – Onsite Leadership Role

Position Overview

Our well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Florence, AZ is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team, manage clinic operations, and deliver exceptional patient care—all while maintaining a balanced, reduced clinical caseload.

This is an ideal position for a clinician who wants to advance into leadership without the administrative and financial demands of private practice ownership.

Schedule

  • Three Days/Week: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Two Days/Week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • No weekends or on-call

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $115,000 – $150,000+ annually (depending on experience)
  • Incentive Bonus: $30,000 – $60,000 annually (RVU-based)
