Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex projects that require cross-organizational alignment and collaboration;
  • Drive collaboration across your organization to meet strategic business objectives;
  • Assess your organization's performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Plan and deliver cross-organizational strategies;
  • Influence your organization to execute strategies and meet objectives for critical projects and programs;
  • Anticipate and consider risks while shaping ongoing strategy;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to peers and colleagues across the company;
  • Lead others through change and ambiguity;
  • Communicate complex issues clearly and credibly;

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in software engineering;
  • Track record as a leader in the areas of their domain, driving large-scale operational changes across an organization;
  • Track record of staff-level+ contributions on multiple projects;
  • Track record of coordinating implementation of high impact projects across many teams, delivering projects with reliable deadlines and milestones over multiple quarters;
  • Experience creating scalable impact by one or more of the following: Up-leveling peers, supporting peers in their technical proposals, or supporting their technical designs;
  • Prior leadership experience as technical lead/architect;
  • Demonstrated ability to assist other teams with diagnosing or root-causing their incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proactive external code contributor on public forms.
