JOB FAIR INFORMATION:

2-day event

Friday, July 17, 2026; 10:00am- 6:00pm

Saturday, July 18, 2026; 9:00am- 5:00pm

Job Fair location: TO BE ANNOUNCED (Lake Charles Area)

JOB DETAILS:

LOCATION: Cameron, LA (55 miles South of Lake Charles)

POSITION: TWIC Security Professional- unarmed

SHIFTS: 12-hr shifts

SCHEDULE: 7 days on, 7 days off; (AM 4am-4pm & PM 4pm-4am)

MUST HAVE ACTIVE TWIC CARD IN HAND, NO RECEIPTS.

MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Experience working in direct elements (position is 100% outdoors)
  • 5 years of experience in Security or TWIC environment
    • or minimum of 1 year armed security, military or law enforcement
  • Experience in security surveillance (a must)

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to pass background and drug screen
  • Unexpired Drivers License and Social Security Card (no copies)
  • TWIC Card in hand
  • Reliable transportation (Location is remote)
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts
  • Can stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Can work outdoors as site is 100% outdoors

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.*A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
