Material Handler/Forklift

Starting Pay: $19.24/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential
12-Hour Shifts | Day 1 Benefits | $1,500 Retention Bonus

Schedule

12-hour shifts: 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.

  • Rotating continental schedule
  • 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next
  • 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then rotates

What You'll Do

  • Operate a forklift and/or crane to move material throughout the plant
  • Load and unload machines and move finished product
  • Package and prepare material for production or shipping
  • Monitor equipment and production
  • Inspect parts for quality
  • Complete required production paperwork
  • Assist with machine setups and production
  • Help maintain a safe, efficient work environment

What You'll Need

  • Forklift experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend and stoop
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work required shifts and schedule rotations
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
