They are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project management across entertainment marketing campaigns, ensuring projects stay organized and aligned across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manage task lists, deadlines, and project trackers across active campaigns.
• Support timeline updates and flag risks, blockers, or shifting priorities.
• Help keep deliverables organized across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Take detailed meeting notes and circulate action items promptly.
• Track follow-ups and help ensure owners complete next steps on time.
• Maintain clear communication between project management, account, and creative teams.
• Assist with day-to-day support for TV and film social marketing campaigns.
• Partner with account teams to keep campaign details, assets, and approvals organized.
• Help prepare materials, updates, and status recaps for internal and client-facing meetings.

Qualifications:
