What You'll Do (The Exciting Stuff!)Customer Heroics & Service Orders
  • Own Your Day: Plan your daily routes efficiently to crush your service orders and minimize drive time

  • Be the Expert: Greet customers professionally, complete their installations, and show them how their cool new systems work

  • Drive Value: Complete your project records accurately and spot opportunities to upgrade customers to awesome new services

Hands-On Tech Projects
  • Get Wired: Install facility wiring and run copper or fiber connections right to access points

  • Configure & Create: Handle Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) installations, device configurations, and basic fiber splicing
