Incognito offers the area's most unique business model for men's wear including, suits, sport coats, wedding attire, tuxedo rental & sales, casual wear and more. We have experienced strong organic growth in our Rochester stores and are looking for some energetic, self-motivated team players to offer our customers an excellent Incognito experience. If you are tired of the big box mentality and want to work for a locally owned small business that is the leader in the area, we might be just the fit for you.

Candidates with experience in customer service, retail clothing, menswear, wedding or bridal sales are ideal candidates for this opening. Candidate must be available approximately 20-25 hours per week and be available until 8:00 pm and weekends (until 6:00pm). We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers coordinate wedding, prom & special events attire.
  • Sell, measure and fit clients properly in the products that we offer.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Stock shelves, backroom and ensure products are displayed attractively.
  • Keep backroom merchandise and stock organized properly
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Utilize retail math to manage inventory and sales data.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and promote sales through effective communication.

Candidates with experience in customer service, retail clothing wedding or bridal sales are ideal candidates for this opening. Candidate must be available approximately 20-30 hours per week and be available until 8:00pm Wednesday & Thursday and until 6:00 pm Friday-Sunday.. We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
