Tutor - Math and English Language Arts (ELA)

Job Description:
Provide quality elementary, middle, or high school math and/or ELA instruction. Must be able to incorporate Kinesthetic, Tactile, Auditory, and Visual learning into math and ELA lessons for students in Grades K-12. Provide excellent customer service to all clients and enforce safety rules. Tutor will be required to commit to a weekly schedule anywhere from 1 to 20 hours a week.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in education or working towards a degree in education.
* Proficiency in elementary, middle, or high school math and/or ELA.
* Experience or aptitude to work closely with children in a positive, supportive manner.
* Ability to engage or oversee children in physical activity.

* Ability to use patience with children and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
* Must be trust-worthy and willing to provide a safe and engaging experience for children.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Tutor positions are part-time. Must be willing to work evenings and some weekends.
