Job Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist at Morgan Tutoring, your primary responsibilities will include:
IEP Implementation: Work with students through IEP goals related to fine and gross motor skills development.
Progress Tracking: Track and document progress on IEP goals and objectives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Student Support: Offer individualized support to students with IEPs, helping them achieve academic and personal growth.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students with special needs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid ODE license
Previous experience working with students with IEPs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to the academic and personal growth of students with special needs.
Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.
Organized and detail-oriented.
