Job Opportunity: Turret Truck Operator - 2nd Shift with Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OHDo you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse where accuracy, safety, and teamwork matter every shift? Are you experienced operating turret trucks or similar high-lift equipment? If so, Ditsch USA is looking for a Turret Truck Operator to join our Cincinnati team and help keep warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations moving smoothly.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45246
Additional Hours: Weekends and overtime may be required based on business needs.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Safely operate a turret truck to retrieve, store, relocate, and organize materials.

  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare inventory for shipping or internal use.
  • Inspect materials for damage, labeling accuracy, quality, and compliance concerns.
  • Follow all safety, PPE, GMP, equipment inspection, and warehouse procedures.
  • Support shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, and team training as needed.

What Experience Helps You Succeed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of turret truck driving experience required.
  • Forklift certification or equivalent training required.
  • Experience operating turret trucks or similar high-lift equipment; food manufacturing or warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems such as SAGE, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, communication skills, and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights/in narrow aisles, and perform repeated standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing as needed.
  • Comfortable working in varied temperatures, including freezer, dock, warehouse, and production areas, and around powered moving equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret common industry, production, safety, and technical documents in English.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.
