About the Role$1,250 Sign-On Bonus Available for Eligible New Hires!

As a 2nd Shift Turret Operator (Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM), you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating turret punch press machines to fabricate metal components with precision and efficiency.

Your primary responsibility is to set up, program, and run turret machines to produce parts that meet exact specifications and quality standards. You will interpret blueprints, select appropriate tooling, and ensure smooth machine operation to maximize productivity while minimizing waste.

This role requires strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Your work directly contributes to the production of high-quality metal products that support company manufacturing goals.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating turret punch press or similar metal fabrication machinery
  • Basic understanding of mechanical tools and machine operation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in machine operation or metal fabrication
  • Experience with CNC turret punch press programming and operation
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and best practices
  • Basic computer skills for machine programming and data entry
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate turret punch press machines according to job specifications and production schedules
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
