About the Opportunity

A growing manufacturing operation is looking for an experienced Turret / Swing Reach Driver to support warehouse and production operations.

This position is responsible for safely operating turret, swing-reach, and forklift equipment to retrieve, move, stage, and store materials throughout the facility. You’ll work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure materials are accurately picked, scanned, labeled, and delivered where they are needed.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, is highly comfortable operating forklifts in narrow aisles, and takes ownership of inventory accuracy and safe material handling.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate turret, swing-reach, and forklift equipment to move and retrieve material
  • Pull and stage inventory according to production pick sheets
  • Load, unload, store, and relocate materials throughout warehouse and production areas
  • Verify material quantities, labels, and locations for accuracy
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory movement
  • Weigh bins and print labels for stored material
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
  • Support production departments with material movement as needed
  • Identify and help resolve missing, damaged, or incorrectly located inventory
  • Maintain organized warehouse and staging areas
  • Follow 5S, safety, and material-handling procedures
  • Conduct basic equipment checks and report potential issues
  • Assist with other warehouse and production needs as required


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2+ years of warehouse, receiving, material handling, or related experience
  • Strong forklift operating experience
  • Experience operating equipment in narrow aisles or tight warehouse environments
  • Turret, swing-reach, reach truck, or similar equipment experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to use RF scanners
  • SAP or similar inventory system experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Ability to lift approximately 25–30 lbs. and regularly bend, reach, stoop, and climb
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and oils
  • Forklift certification or license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work weekends when needed
