Shift:1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overview

Join our team as a Press Operator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly contribute to producing high-quality fiberglass components. Job Description
  • Operate press machines to form, shape, and cut fiberglass materials according to work orders and specifications.
  • Set up and adjust press equipment as needed to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and complete required documentation.
  • Load and unload fiberglass materials safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments to maintain product quality and production flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Report any safety, quality, or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating machinery.
  • Assist with packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds periodically.
  • Previous press operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
