As a Security Officer Turnstile Operations in Manteca, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a healthcare location, where you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and guests. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and help control entry and exit in accordance with site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare-related facilities, business areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
  • Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Guard Card/License is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
