Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and report-writing software is essential. Excellent interpersonal communication, resilience under pressure, and conflict de-escalation abilities enable effective interactions with inmates and colleagues. These combined skills help maintain facility safety and order while ensuring compliance with regulations and humane treatment standards.

Turnkeys often encounter challenges such as managing difficult inmate behavior, responding to emergencies quickly, and balancing the enforcement of rules with treating inmates fairly and respectfully. The work environment can be high-pressure and requires vigilance at all times to ensure the safety of both staff and inmates. Job Overview

The Quotation Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales, procurement, engineering, and project execution by preparing accurate and competitive quotations for projects, services, or turnkey solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure all quotes align with customer requirements, company profitability goals, and operational capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering, technical, or data analysis background with the ability to interpret technical information, analyze cost and pricing data, and support data-driven quotation decisions. • Review and analyze technical, cost, pricing, and supplier data to support quotation development.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to collect pricing, material costs, and lead-time information.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, project scope, and specifications.
  • Perform cost comparisons and data analysis to identify pricing trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure quotations meet company policies, margin goals, customer requirements, and contract terms.
  • Maintain accurate quotation records and assist with post-quote follow-ups.
  • Align with sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams to refine project scope and pricing.
  • Maintain and update project and quotation progress within the ERP system.
  • Assist with organizing and analyzing quotation data for reporting and management review.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, BOMs, or other engineering documentation.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to work with pricing, cost, and project data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
