Sales Associate - Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Turnersville, NJ
As a Sales Associate, you're the first face our clients see and the reason they come back. You greet guests, answer phones, book appointments, explain our services, and help people find the membership that fits their life. It's a front-desk role at heart, but really it's about taking care of people - and turning great service into memberships.
No spa experience needed - if you've worked in customer service, retail, or hospitality, you've got the foundation. We'll train you on the rest.
What you'll do
  • Welcome guests and make them feel taken care of
  • Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
  • Learn our menu and recommend the right service for each client
  • Talk to clients about memberships and hit monthly goals (every sale boosts your pay)
  • Share current promotions and keep the front desk clean and stocked
  • Handle filing and other day-to-day tasks

Pay and benefits
  • $17/hour to start, with raises as you grow
  • $10-$35 commission per membership sold
  • An extra $2/hour for each membership sold when you sell 12 memberships in two weeks
