Job description

Turf Science is seeking a self-motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. A positive attitude is essential. Prior experience is a plus, but not required—we provide full training.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $18.00/hour
  • Transition to hourly + commission
  • Annual income potential of $50,000+ with experience and performance

Position Overview:
The Lawn Spray Technician is responsible for applying fertilization and pest control treatments to residential lawns. This role involves operating a company spray truck, following a designated route, and applying our proprietary treatment program to improve lawn health and protect against pests.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily route assignments
  • Apply lawn treatments safely and effectively
  • Complete required paperwork for each job
  • Follow company policies, standards, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
