Summary

This role promotes and sells company products to existing accounts through direct customer contacts within assigned geographicย region. Provides customers with price quotations and informationย regardingย delivery and service.ย Identifiesย prospective customers andย developsย new accounts. Compiles information on competitors' products and sales practices. Independently plans and organizes work, schedules sales calls, andย submitsย reports of sales activities.ย

  • Partner directly with customers to identify product solutions and agronomic opportunities.
  • Manage and grow customer accounts across multiple market segments.
  • Collaborate with Operations team to support forecasting and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and directives, including training, expense management, and fleet vehicle guidelines.
  • Support state and county bid processes.
  • Maintain accurate Restricted Use Pesticide (RUP)reporting in accordance with state regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other sales representatives to share market insights and customer intelligence.
  • Coordinate with credit department and location administration to ensure timely customer payments and account health.

Typical Education

Associate's degreeย (A.A. or equivalent), preferably an Agronomy based degree (Turf Management, Horticulture, Soil Science, or Plant Pathology).ย  Combination of education and/or experience will be considered for this position
