SUMMARY
We are looking for detailed and hardworking Greenskeepers to join our turf management team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the world class Osprey Meadows golf course, ensuring that the greens, fairways, and surrounds are in championship condition for our members and guests.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in precision, enjoys seeing the tangible results of their work, likes learning new things, and doesn't mind an early sunrise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using specialized walking and riding mowers.
โ€ข Change cup positions and move tee markers daily to manage turf wear.
โ€ข Repair ball marks, divots, and specialized turf damage.
โ€ข Maintain bunkers by raking, edging, and ensuring consistent sand depth.
โ€ข Apply granular and liquid fertilizers to promote healthy growth and vibrant color based on seasonal needs.
โ€ข Identify and treat weeds, pests, and fungi using herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides in accordance with safety regulations.
โ€ข Perform aeration and top-dressing to improve soil health and drainage.
โ€ข Operate and perform basic maintenance on a variety of power equipment (blowers, trimmers, utility vehicles).
โ€ข Monitor irrigation systems and report any leaks or malfunctions; assist in manual watering during dry spells.
โ€ข Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
REQUIREMENTS
