Position Summary


The Account Executive for this position is responsible for selling Fatbeam FTTH (fiber to the home) services to the public. FTTH is a new launch for Fatbeam . Primary emphasis will be focused on the designated zip codes where we can offer such services, and a secondary emphasis will be developing new opportunities throughout Fatbeam’s greater network footprint, as we continue to expand our footprint where we can offer these services. New business development which requires work in the field as well as working fr om your home office. This position must be in the Boise, Idaho area. This position will report to our FTTH Lead Sales Supervisor.


Position Responsibilities


  • This is Door-to-Door Sales; build market position by working within the Public Sector, developing partnerships, and being visible in the Public Residential community.
  • Keep abreast of current technology trends.
  • Identify , contact, and build relationships with prospective customers.
  • Leverage the CRM system (salesforce) to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios.

  • Manage territory using technology, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Keep CRM up to date.
  • Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork , enthusiasm , pride, and quality
  • Share competitive analysis with sales and marketing teams.
  • Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Fatbeam products, promoting and selling them to individual customers by knocking on doors within assigned territory.
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers. Evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations. Increase customer understanding of Fatbeam products and pricing models as well as competitive advantages over other service providers. “Highlight the benefits of Fatbeam”
  • Create and execute a turf management plan, log all sales activities “operate independently”
  • Display competent time management and organizational skills.
  • Meet and exceedestablishedsales goals. Implement effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation.
  • Possess effective communication, organizational and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Illustrates strong technical capability.
  • Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.

Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days.
