As an authorized Home Depot and Lowe's service provider, Biltright Turf specializes in premium artificial grass solutions for residential lawns, pet areas, putting greens, playgrounds, and commercial applications. Every project is backed by industry-leading warranties, professional installation, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
The Lead Generation Representative (LGR) is responsible for generating qualified homeowner appointments through neighborhood canvassing, retail marketing events, and installation-neighborhood outreach.
This role is designed for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and developing professional sales skills. Successful LGRs will create opportunities for Biltright Turf's sales team while building the experience necessary to advance into a full-time Field Sales Representative (FSR) role.
Primary Responsibilities
Neighborhood Canvassing
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods.
  • Introduce homeowners to the benefits of artificial turf.
  • Educate prospects on Biltright Turf's products, financing options, warranty coverage, and installation process.
  • Generate interest and schedule free in-home estimates.
Installation Neighborhood Marketing
  • Install and maintain feather flags and marketing signage in scheduled installation locations.
  • Ensure proper placement and visibility according to company standards.
  • Monitor and report location performance
  • Work neighborhoods surrounding active Biltright Turf installations.
  • Leverage current projects and customer success stories to generate additional appointments.
  • Engage neighboring homeowners and schedule consultations with Biltright Turf specialists.
Retail Lead Generation
  • Staff lead generation tables at Partner Dealer retail locations.
  • Engage customers and identify homeowners interested in reducing lawn maintenance, water usage, and landscaping costs.
  • Collect customer information and schedule free turf consultations.
CRM & Lead Management
  • Record all leads, conversations, and appointments accurately.
  • Maintain activity logs and performance reporting.
  • Participate in weekly coaching and sales training sessions.

Compensation
  • Base Pay - $20.00 per hour
  • Performance Bonus - $100 bonus for every closed deal generated from your appointment There is no cap on performance bonuses.
