Job description

The Synthetic Turf Field Installer is responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields under the direction of a Site Superintendent/Foreman. This role involves hands-on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site
Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings
Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation
Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives
Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue
Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment
Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
