Lawn Doctor of South Austin-San Marcos is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll represent our brand while delivering professional lawn treatments, aeration, and pest control services to residential customers.
Job is currently filled, but we are always taking applicants
This is not a mowing job. We specialize in lawn treatments that improve turf health and solve lawn problems.

What You'll Do
-Apply professional lawn care treatments using industry-leading products.
-Follow a daily service route and complete scheduled treatments efficiently and accurately.
-Operate equipment for aeration and lawn treatments.
-Identify lawn issues and recommend solutions to customers while in the field.
-Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles.
-Assist with shop and warehouse tasks when needed.
Work Pace Expectations
This role requires the ability to work efficiently and stay on schedule throughout the day. Our technicians operate independently and are expected to complete a full route of scheduled lawn treatments while maintaining quality and professionalism.
If you take pride in working hard, staying organized, and finishing your route strong each day, you will do well in this role.
What We're Looking For:
-Strong work ethic and reliability.
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Texas weather.
-Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Mechanical or small engine repair skills.
Education or experience in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, business, or turf management.
