Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join a progressive, state-of-the-art outpatient sports practice serving Ventura County. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and treatment interventions in a modern facility designed to maximize patient outcomes across orthopedic rehabilitation and sports performance enhancement.

This growing multi-location practice serves Ventura County with three clinic locations, including a newly constructed flagship facility featuring over 3,500 square feet of advanced rehabilitation and performance training space. The practice combines traditional outpatient orthopedic care with specialized sports enhancement programming, offering a unique blend of rehabilitation and performance optimization services.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapy license in California
  • Strong foundation in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation

Preferred:
  • Experience with sports rehabilitation and athletic populations
  • Knowledge of performance training, explosive power development, and sport-specific conditioning
