Physical Therapist | Skilled Nursing | Southern Oregon

The therapy team works across short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, treating a diverse and medically complex caseload in a setting where your expertise is valued and your contributions are recognized.

  • Active PT license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
