Key Responsibilities:
Supports production operations by applying fundamental engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain process documentation. Works under close supervision while developing knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, and quality standards.
Key Deliverables of the Position
1) Support daily production troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
2) Assist in documenting manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
3) Collect and analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
4) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
5) Collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve routine production issues.
6) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Support equipment validation, testing, and process verification activities
Requirements
Education and Experience
โ€ข Beginning knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
โ€ข Basic understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
โ€ข 0-2 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
