Job Description

Lead mechanical design of exhaust support frame

- Assembly/interface design

- Support frame design

- Bearing and lubrication system design

- Mechanical design of external casing

Lead mechanical design of Exhaust Diffuser Assembly

- Strut, diffuser and casing design

- Air & lube system design

Perform the material selection of turbine components

Develop test criteria and methods to validate design

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university

Minimum of 15 years of industrial experience in mechanical design of heavy duty gas turbine

Master Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university

Excellent understanding of mechanical design, assembly and manufacturing of gas turbine

ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS experience

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Strong computer skills using MS Office

Demonstrated ability in working in a cross-cultural team involving members from all across the globe
