Life's too short not to work someplace awesome!

Are you a skilled tumbler who loves to coach? Do you light up when you help someone land a skill they've been chasing? We're looking for an experienced Tumbling Instructor to lead a new series of Sunday tumbling classes — and, if you'd like, to coach more with us throughout the week.
Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • Share a sport you love and help students build real skills and confidence
  • Competitive pay with flexible scheduling
  • Fun, high-energy work environment where no day is the same
  • Be part of a supportive, fun team
  • Room to grow into additional coaching hours & management if desired
What You'll Do:

  • Lead engaging tumbling classes for students ages 6-18, building skills safely and progressively
  • Teach proper technique and spotting for tumbling passes across skill levels
  • Create a positive, motivating environment where students push themselves and have fun
  • Maintain our high standards for safety and cleanliness
  • (Optional) Coach our Pre-K and Grade School gymnastics classes during the week, if you're looking for more hours
What We're Looking For:

  • Strong tumbling background — you can perform and, more importantly, teach and spot skills from rolls and cartwheels up through back handsprings and beyond
  • Experience coaching gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, or a related discipline
  • Confidence working with teenagers and keeping a class engaged and safe
  • Reliability and strong communication — students and parents will count on you
  • A genuine love of coaching and helping people improve
Bonus Points If:

  • You've coached tumbling, cheer, or competitive gymnastics before
  • You have a background in child/youth development, education, or recreation
  • You're interested in picking up additional class hours with us during the week

Compensation: $19-23 · Part-time, with potential for more hours
