This full-time non-exempt position is responsible for managing student accounts, tuition billing, tuition assistance, payment processing, collections, and account reconciliation. The Tuition Receivables Clerk works closely with families, Admissions, and school administration to ensure accurate tuition accounting, timely collection of receivables, and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers while handling confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities include monitoring tuition accounts and maintain accurate receivable records, processing payments, adjustments, withdrawals, reconciling accounts, preparing aging reports, preparing and processing tuition assistance applications, communicating with families regarding outstanding balances, and supporting annual enrollment and tuition billing processes. The ideal candidate must have accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment and possess strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
