Job Description:
Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking Stand-Up Tugger Operators to support our operations in Vonore. In this role, you will be responsible for various duties, including materials handling, machine operation, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
Ensure regular and punctual attendance.
Flexibility to work in different areas of the operation and on any shift.
Comprehend English and follow directions from team leaders, supervisors, and managers.
Perform all instructions as outlined in the Job Element and follow standard work for each operation.
Inspect safety equipment before production startup and observe machine operation for defects or malfunctions.
Measure workplace dimensions to verify machine accuracy.
Perform minor preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
Follow non-conforming material procedures and notify team leaders when necessary.
Project a positive outlook and work effectively in a team environment without direct supervision.
Achieve forklift and tugger certification and operate equipment proficiently as required.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Work 8 or 10-hour shifts with overtime as needed.
Excellent fine motor skills and dexterity.
Ability to walk long distances and stand for the duration of the shift.
Perform repetitive motions and handle components.
Lift and move objects weighing 10 to 40 pounds regularly.
Visual inspection of parts and reading instructions and labels.
