Immediate ENT Opportunity — Starting July 2026 — Predictable, recurring 3-day rotation every other month through year-end.

Who We Are AAC provides comprehensive peri-operative solutions for physicians, surgeons, and dentists performing procedures in medical office settings. Our anesthesiologists and peri-anesthesia registered nurses deliver pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for a wide range of office-based surgical procedures.

We operate as a traveling surgery center — bringing medications, supplies, equipment, and full emergency preparedness directly to each surgeon. Our commitment to safety, quality, and patient satisfaction is unmatched.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 3 consecutive clinical days every other month
  • Rotation:
    • Day 1 — Chandler, AZ
    • Day 2 — Yuma, AZ
    • Day 3 — Tucson, AZ
  • Cadence: Set dates communicated well in advance; flexible part-time / per-diem structure
  • Ideal Fit: A supplemental clinical role for an Arizona-based anesthesiologist seeking lifestyle balance

Job Requirements Our ideal candidate delivers exceptional patient care, partners closely with surgeon and dental clients, and thrives in an autonomous environment.

  • ABA-certified or ABA-eligible anesthesiologist
  • Active AZ medical license (or willingness to obtain/reactivate)
  • Experience in office-based or ASC settings preferred
  • Reliable transportation and comfort traveling to client offices across Arizona
  • Professional, compassionate, and communicative demeanor
