Sierra Tucson integrates evidenced-based practices and integrative therapies to provide the most effective treatments for addiction and other behavioral health problems. This philosophy has led to positive outcomes for tens of thousands of people who have suffered from alcoholism, drug addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, chronic pain, and other disorders.

We are hiring for the below positions:

  • BHA - Days and Nights (3) 12 hour shifts)

  • Assistant Clinical Director (Full-Time: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday)
  • Case Management Coordinator (Full-Time: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm)
  • Cook (Full Time and PRN)
  • Dietary Aide (Full Time and PRN)
  • Inpatient Counselors - (Full Time, (5) 8 hour shifts or (4) 10 hour shifts, including 1 weekend day)
  • Residential Counselors - (Full Time, (4) 10 hour shifts, Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday)
  • Maintenance Technician - Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday)
  • Physical Therapist (PRN)
  • Massage Therapist (PRN)
  • Psychologist (PRN)
  • PRN Dishwasher - as needed

  • Scheduling Coordinator (Full Time: Friday - Monday or Tuesday - Friday, 10-hour shifts)
