Job description

Position Description: PurposeThe Operations Supervisor provides managerial and operational oversight of testing services (including personnel, staffing, scheduling, assignments, reviews, etc.) to meet client’s Service Levels. The Operations Supervisor supervises and provides guidance and planning for Test Conductors and Autonomous Specialists. Essential Functions* Onboarding new hires (including key set up, email access etc.). Ensure Personnel are trained in accordance with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) protocol, maintain training tracker/records, and provide training reports. Monitor and deliver test track observations. Manage inventory. Define and manage standard operating procedures/policies. Ensure clear coordination to meet client’s Service Levels (including trouble shooting communications). Execute Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs). Responsible for site safety (e.g. testing in the field, site infrastructure, etc.) Ensure test priorities/deadlines/milestones are met and monitor efficiency metrics to meet client’s Service Levels. Oversee testing activities to ensure efficient operations. Manage and facilitate site facility operations and infrastructure. Manage site test program execution to adhere to client defined test priorities and meet established deadlines. Improve processes and infrastructure through continuous process excellence to meet client’s Service Levels. Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet client’s Service Levels. Promote technical and operational excellence and support TRC’s and client’s core values. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and ensure adherence to Contractor’s policies and adhere to client’s specifications to meet the Service Levels. Support and train TC and AS staff on troubleshooting techniques. Support and provide process improvements with the Area Management Team. Support TRC Inc.’s Quality and EH&S (Environmental, Health, and Safety) efforts Qualifications High school diploma required with seven years practical experience Past supervisory experience Technical experience in field of supervision Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google document suites/programs Excellent overall computer skills High level verbal and written communication skills High level organizational skills Ability to maintain a high level of self-motivation Observed leadership skillsAbility to complete and pass all internal, position specific job and safety trainings required Valid state DMV issued or valid foreign country issued driver’s license Working Conditions May be exposed to temperatures below 0 degrees and above 95 degrees.May be exposed to inclement weather.May be exposed to working in enclosed or restrictive areas.
