The primary purpose of this position is to provide accurate and efficient administrative support and assistance to department personnel. This position will be responsible for the following:
  1. Participates in required program meetings/trainings/events to meet program goals
  2. Assists with preparation of workshop or other event materials for staff
  3. Compiles and maintains information, electronic data, and physical files; order supplies; maintains inventory; generates service contracts and invoices for services; and assists with reports as needed
  4. Performs routine clerical functions as they contribute to the total operation of the office
  5. Identifies and responds to problems effectively
  6. Completes assignments on time and accurately
  7. Performs other duties as assigned
