Job description

Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon the successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work Training Support Center (TSC) Specialists/ Technicians to provide technical and operational support at multiple Army installations. Specialists will manage TADSS (Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations), ensuring equipment readiness, accountability, and support for training exercises across Active, Reserve, and National Guard units. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities * Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot TADSS equipment to ensure readiness for training events.
  • Issue and return TADSS, maintaining accurate accountability and property records.
  • Support units during training exercises with setup, technical guidance, and operational support. Conduct preventive maintenance and perform basic repairs on assigned equipment.
  • Assist TSC Leads in day-to-day operations, including inventory management and reporting. Ensure compliance with Army policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
