Monday - Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (includes two 15-minute paid break and one 30-minute unpaid meal break)
Weekly working hours: 40
Wage: $33.66 - $36.66 per hour (2026-27 PSE Salary Schedule)
Performs housekeeping services, maintenance duties, and secures the building as required. Provides support for staff and community events. For complete details, please see the attached job description.

Benefit Eligibility:
  • Insurance: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided the assignment is anticipated to work at least 630 hours per year.*
  • Retirement Plans: This position is eligible for a 403(b) TSA Retirement Savings Plan.
  • Paid Holidays: This position is eligible for up to 13 paid holidays per year. The number of holidays depends on employee's start and end dates.
  • Paid Time Off: Employees working 12 months per year earn 12 days of paid vacation per school year. Employees working 237 - 260 days per school year earn 12 days of sick leave. Up to 3 days of personal leave may be granted each school year. Vacation, sick leave, and personal leave are based on scheduled hours and position start date.
