Responsibilities:

  • Fast-paced leasing results: Convert tours into signed leases
  • Engaged residents: Elevate resident satisfaction through high quality, timely service

  • Operational excellence: Keep lease files and resident records 100% accurate

Requirements:

  • Ability to walk the property regularly and engage with residents/prospects in person.
  • Commitment to fair housing compliance, accuracy in documentation, and excellent time management.
  • Leasing or customer service experience is not required, but preferred. However, your drive and attitude are what set you apart.
