RequirementsBasic Etiquette Punctual and respectful of both guests and co-worker's time. Follow uniform rules and guidelines. Professional look with light makeup, hair properly done, andappropriate nail length required.

Waxing/Reception Duties/ Salon Experience Perform all Radiant Waxing services effectively and efficiently.

Answer phones with a positive, upbeat energy. Acknowledge guests with a smile and shake hand of any new guests. Communicate with co-workers regarding schedule changes and guest requests. Return phone messages in a timely manner. Offer all guests water and use of the restroom. Review guest intake form to verify there are no contraindications. Lead guest to suite. Maintain a clean working environment both in suite and in common areas.

Teamwork Participate in team support and 'The Dance' with co-workers.o Offer help whenever there's a need.o Support and encourage coworkers with any areas they may struggle. Participate in team meetings.
