Position: Center Manager - Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $90,000-115,000 annually, based on years of experience
Incentives: $12,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program*
Lead, grow, and make a meaningful impact with RUSH Physical Therapy in Oakbrook Terrace. We're seeking a motivated Center Manager- Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join and guide our close-knit clinic, working alongside 1 PTA in a true 1:1 clinician support environment.
In this role, you'll not only deliver exceptional patient care but also shape the clinic's culture, performance, and growth. You'll have the autonomy to treat what you're most passionate about-whether it's orthopedics, pelvic health, oncology, vestibular, or neurologic conditions-while leading a highly collaborative, patient-focused team.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
