What You'll Be DoingAs our Pit Master, you'll be at the heart of what we do best—creating delicious, smoky, and tender BBQ that keeps our guests coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking meats to perfection using our tried-and-true BBQ techniques.
- Managing the smoker and ensuring consistent quality and flavor.
- Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to maintain our high standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure every dish is served with care and attention to detail.
