Maintenance Assistant$750 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for an individual who can work independently and contribute to maintaining our fleet of vehicles and facility operations with minimal supervision.

Position Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive service on agency vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks.

  • Assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues to ensure fleet readiness and safety.

  • Complete a variety of facility maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.

  • Maintain and repair equipment such as sweepers, lawn mowers, trimmers, and snow blowers.

  • Travel occasionally as needed to support agency operations.

  • Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Must be insurable to operate agency vehicles.

  • Experience in automotive maintenance and repair preferred.

  • Combination of relevant education, training, and hands-on experience will be considered.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of maintenance tasks.

Schedule
  • Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Occasional Friday hours required.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Sign-On Bonus
  • $750 paid after 90 days of employment.
