Milea Truck Sales & Leasing is looking for an Assistant Service Manager / Shop Foreman to support the Service Manager by assisting customers, coordinating workflow between advisors and technicians, helping ensure repairs are completed efficiently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Whether you're an experienced Service Advisor looking to advance into management, or you already have experience as an Assistant Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and/or Service Manager, we'd like to hear from you. Experience in commercial trucks is preferred, but candidates from automotive dealerships are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications/Requirements: 

 

  • Experience as an Automotive or Commercial Truck Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and/or Service Manager required
  • Heavy duty truck repair knowledge and familiarity with Volvo, Hino, Workhorse, Fuso, GMC, BYD, Battle Motors, and Isuzu brands preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
