Express Employment is seeking reliable Loaders/Unloaders to support daily freight operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and a fastmoving environment. Candidates must be dependable, safetyfocused, and able to handle repetitive lifting throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Move freight on and off trucks, trailers, and docks using manual handling or pallet jacks.
  • Sort, stack, wrap, and stage freight according to company procedures
  • Verify counts, inspect freight for damage, and report discrepancies.
  • Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly; stand, bend, and move for the full shift.
