Job description

We are seeking hardworking, motivated individuals who are eager to grow alongside a dynamic and rapidly expanding business..

          Contractors would be making deliveries in the greater Kansas City area to stores such as 5 Below, Sally's Beauty, Bath and Body                               works, Barnes and Noble, and so on.

Qualification(s):

         Driver's must be 23 years of age with 2 years verifiable driving experience, Valid medical card, cappable of passing drug and road test.

Resposibilities would include(but not limited to):

  • Using apps on your phone with a bluetooth scanner and scanning all neccessary items
  • Communicating with dispatch in a timely and respectful manner
  • Maintaining your hours of service, pre/post Driver logs including inspection of vehicle before and after each shift
  • Delivering both full pallets and the breakdown of pallets into individual cartons
  • Handling returns from vendors
  • Loading and unloading of Box Truck
  • Maintaing provided equipment; dollies, carts, pallet jacks, straps, etc.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed in full
  • Refeuling truck as neccessary (gas card would be provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

Our drivers earn 40% commision on all completed deliveries, ensuring fair and competitive pay that reflects the dynamic nature of the market.

In compliance with legal requirments, all driversmust carry Occupational/Accidental Insurance for protectionin the event of unforseen circumstances while on the road.  If you dont currentlyhave coverage, we can provide it for 35.08per week(rate subject to market adjustments).

Training typically last 2-4 days.  Please note, training pay is applied after completing at least one full business week of driving with the compny(not calendar week).

All payments are made through direct depost each Friday, providing fast and reliable pay every week,
