We are currently seeking the following position:

Job Title: General Clerk III

Job Purpose:

Perform all management and administrative functions for maintaining the special/general purpose vehicle fleet, weapon systems fleet, organizational equipment, shop equipment, and vehicle maintenance buildings. Provide services dedicated to providing a safe and serviceable vehicle fleet that is critical to the success of the Silver Flag Exercise training site. Be fully trained, professional, and customer-service oriented. Ensure quality work performance in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all vehicle data is provided to the customer
  • Be able to use the Transaction Request Tool (TRT) and the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS)
  • Be able to use and maintain the Air Force Fleet Management Information Systems (FMIS)
  • Assist in the reporting of all Mission Capability Rates, CDRLs, and other data for customer-required reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Have three years of experience as a Clerk in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle Management
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check (NCHC)

Education:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma

Experience:

  • Have three years of experience as a Clerk in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • US Air Force Experience in Vehicle Fleet Management at USAF Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) or Redhorse Training Location
