Job description

  • Manages department personnel in repair and maintenance activities relating to the overall operation of the complex.
  • Assists with the administration and coordination of construction and renovation projects as needed.
  • Develops and implements formal preventative maintenance (PM) programs for the building systems.

Starting Rate $77,000.  -   $82,000.

  • College degree or equivalent experienced preferred
  • Minimum of five years experience in the engineering area with working knowledge of codes, electrical, fire, etc.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have extensive computer knowledge.
  • Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.
  • Required to perform the customer service standards of the department 
  • Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures. 

CER license is required 

Develops inventory control practices and procedures, and develops cost saving methods of developing and maintaining par levels of equipment and supplies.

Participates in selection, training, scheduling and equitable treatment of engineering employees.

Ensures direct reports follow Family Style Service.

May perform other duties as assigned.
