Position Summary

As a Major Unit Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Sloan’s, helping customers find the perfect ride to match their lifestyle and needs. You’ll guide buyers through the sales process from start to finish, building lasting relationships while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Whether you're helping a first-time rider or a seasoned enthusiast, your job is to make the experience smooth, exciting, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Educate customers on product features, financing options, accessories, and warranties
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, promotions, and industry trends
  • Demonstrate units and help customers select products that meet their performance and budget goals
  • Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Accurately complete all sales paperwork and coordinate with finance and delivery departments
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience
  • Represent Sloan’s at local events, rides, and dealership promotions when needed

Qualifications

  • Passion for powersports and a strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related gear
  • Proven customer service or sales experience preferred – powersports or automotive experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings as part of a flexible schedule. This position is full-time. Days off will be Sunday and one day during the week.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus!

  • Pay is commission-based, with monthly bonus incentives, so you control what you make. The earnings range from $4,000 to $10,000 per month plus benefits.
