Contact Center Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic financial services team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing inquiries related to banking, financial products, and account information. Your expertise will help ensure client satisfaction, uphold industry compliance standards, and support the overall efficiency of our contact center operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of financial regulations to deliver accurate and timely assistance. This is a temp to hire contract with a pay rate of $25-30 per hour; in office Monday through Friday. Duties Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, clarity, and a customer-centric approach to address client inquiries regarding banking services, financial products, and account status. Conduct data entry with precision to update client records, transaction details, and account information in accordance with company policies. Assist clients in navigating digital banking platforms and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Identify potential fraud activities by monitoring transactions and communicating suspicious activity according to established protocols. Promote financial products and services tailored to client needs while adhering to regulatory compliance guidelines. Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, transactions, and resolutions within the customer relationship management system. Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex client issues efficiently. Stay informed about industry knowledge of financial regulations and banking compliance requirements to ensure accurate communication. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and correspondence as needed.
