THE ROLE:
The Engineer is responsible for the repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, water features, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, FLSD, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems. Respond and monitor all guest rooms and public spaces, equipment, and PM programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of all staff and guests.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Conduct room Preventative Maintenance on all hotel rooms, building and equipment.
  • Assist guests as needed.
  • Assist with security and safety checks for the property through visual checks.
  • Building walk-thru
  • Ability to use service ticket app, ALICE.
  • Follow supervisor's instructions and complete other duties as directed or assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
  • High school graduate preferred.
  • 2 years previous maintenance experience.
  • Will be required to work day and/or evening shifts, overnight, both weekdays and weekends.
  • Fire & Life Safety Director required.
  • HVAC, boiler, sprinkler maintenance certification preferred.
